🏡 Duplex Structure & Full Privacy The villa is a duplex with completely separate entrances, designed to offer our guests independence and peace. The guest wing is rented exclusively to a single group, ensuring that you never have to share the space with strangers.

Whether you are a couple seeking a quiet retreat or a large gathering of friends, we welcome groups of all sizes. There is no minimum number of guests required to book, while our maximum capacity is 16 people, making it the perfect choice for large family reunions or team getaways.

The owner occasionally resides in the other half of the duplex, which is entirely self-contained with its own private facilities. This ensures total discretion and respects your privacy at all times, while still being available if you need any local assistance.

🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements (All 6 rooms are upstairs) For added quiet and comfort, all bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The 6 rooms (4 triples and 2 doubles) each feature a private bathroom, TV, and free Wi-Fi.
